Antique sculpture (okimono) "Goshisho sumo wrestler". Created in the workshop of Tokyo-Yokohama during the Meiji period. Made from polished gilded bronze. The sculpture depicts an athlete holding an incense burner over his head, which is decorated with elegant engraving and has a sculptural composition in the form of Fo the Dog on the lid. The image of a river dragon also runs throughout the censer. Japan, 19th century
