Mosaic the hockey players
Mosaic panel “Acute moment” / “Hockey” in the style of socialist realism. Created from a series of lithographs and linocuts from 1971 by Soviet artist and graphic artist Mikhail Grigorievich Roiter. Made of smalt, frame - aluminum.
The theme of sports was one of the fundamental ones in Reuther’s creative life, and he quite often reflected it in his works. The original composition “Acute moment” (in some sources it is listed as “Hockey”) was the preparatory material for the mosaic, which was included in the series of mosaic works “People of the Land of Soviets”.
