According to one legend, robbers attacked the Buddhist temple. The priests could not drive them away. However, the cat of the murdered temple elder named Singh was transformed. His eyes acquired the heavenly blue color of the eyes of the goddess, and the tips of his paws - fur of a noble white hue. The monks found the strength to repulse the robbers, and all the cats in the temple acquired the well-known to this day appearance of the legendary Singh.
