This antique Napoleon III style firescreen was made in the 19th century. In the center, in a richly ornamented medallion, a barefoot dancer wearing an antique dress made of draperies is represented. The firescreen has a very opulent decor typical of the Napoleon III style. Thus, foliage, laurel branches, rococo-inspired knots, rosettes, acanthus leaves and two antique-inspired vases were chiseled.
