Henry Schouten (1864-1927) is a Belgian animal and landscape painter. Best known for his landscapes with pets and birds and rural genre art. Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels from 1876 to 1881. From 1882 he exhibited in Brussels at the Union of Arts.
