Pierre Fagues is one of the most recognizable French sculptors of the Art Deco era. Born and raised in Nantes. Known for his work in the genre of "plastic exaltation." Used hrisolefantinnuyu technique. Often he signed his works with two pseudonyms: “Fayral” and “Guerbe” (according to one version, these are the names of his wife and mother). His works influenced the art deco canons and were transformed into American art deco.
