Antique figurine "Siamese cats". Made from porcelain. It is marked "Beswick". UK, 20th century.
James Wright Beswick was founded in the UK in 1890. Five years later, the brand became recognizable and found its niche: the creation of figurines of animals and birds. In the 1960s, the company was sold to the Doulton manufactory. Until this period, the products were labeled "Beswick", and after - various variations using the name of the new owner "Doulton & Co".
