The antique clockwork children's toy "Ice Cream Man" was produced on a regular basis by the Penza Watch Factory in the period from 1960-77. Unfortunately, only two varieties of mechanical models were produced, and in 1977, with the advent of new management, the plant completely stopped producing such products.
