Understated elegance is combined with robust lines, drawing inspiration from the styles of previous eras (Renaissance, Gothic, Rococo, and Louis XIII).The tabletop is made of varnished mahogany; the central leg is dark walnut, shaped like a carved vase, and is solid. The lower section is finished with a stand of four carved supports, each decorated with a floral motif.
