Vintage "Boxer" figurine. Made of porcelain. Bears the "Royal Doulton" mark. England, late 20th century.

Royal Doulton began as a small London pottery workshop, in which John Doulton invested £100 in 1815. Over time, John's son Henry shifted the company's focus from the production of drainpipes and filters to decorative porcelain ware. Through long-standing collaborations with other workshops and artists, as well as the use of fine bone china, the Royal Doulton brand secured a prominent place in the decorative ceramics market by 1960.
