Antique Art Deco sculpture depicting a nymph holding a dove. The work is signed by the author - Cauer. Terracotta, patina. Germany, first half of the 20th century.
Stanislav Kauer (1867-1943) - German sculptor, professor and head of the sculpture workshop at the Königsberg Academy of Arts. Studied the art of sculpture in Rome.Kauer was twice awarded the Gold Medal of the City of Königsberg, in 1934 and 1942.
