Ancient picture with a seascape. Oil on canvas. The author is French artist Yves Laloy (1920 - 1999). In the lower corner of the canvas there is a signature: “Laloy”. France, the twentieth century.
Yves Laloy is a French artist. An architect by education, he devoted himself exclusively to painting in 1952. The talented painter was noticed by Andre Breton in 1958. Thanks to Andre Breton, and later eminent gallery owners, Laloy participated in major surrealistic exhibitions in France and abroad.
