Luca Madrassi (1848-1919) was an Italian sculptor who was educated at the Paris School of Fine Arts under the guidance of such an eminent mentor as Pierre-Jules CAVELIER. The master worked with various materials - bronze, marble, ivory and wood. Madrassi has been repeatedly exhibited at the Salon of Masters of Art in France, at the National Exhibition.
