He participated in numerous exhibitions, including the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris, the National Museum of Fine Arts in Algeria. After independence, Bouzid created the coat of arms and seal of the Algerian Republic in 1963. The artist moved to Paris and continued to work on his paintings there. His works can be found at international auctions and in private collections.
