Emile Halle was born in the French city of Nancy in 1846The master inherited his father's workshop for the production of art glass at the age of 31 and expanded the family business, and at 46 he opened his own workshop, where he started making furniture. But most of the customers remembered him for his work from laminated glass, decorated with images of flowers and plants.
