Felix Edmundovich Dzerzhinsky (1877-1926) - a prominent Soviet statesman and party figure. Permanent chairman of the All-Russian Extraordinary Commission (a special security agency of the Soviet state), and after the abolition of the All-Russian Extraordinary Commission, chairman of the Main Political Directorate under the NKVD of the RSFSR. Dzerzhinsky was, of course, a significant and bright figure in the revolutionary past, as well as a legendary creator of the Soviet security and intelligence agencies. The famous phrase - "A Chekist must always have a warm heart, a cold head and clean hands" belongs to him.

Alexander Vladimirovich Golovanov (1926-1994) - Soviet sculptor. Successfully graduated from the Leningrad Higher Art and Industrial School named after V.I. Mukhina. Since 1960 he has been a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. He devoted more than 30 years of his life to monumental and easel sculpture, and repeatedly participated in all-Union and international exhibitions.
