The main characteristic of the Victorian style is natural images (birds, flowers, leaves), furniture, both interior and garden, is decorated with openwork carvings, climbing vines, bows, ribbons. The materials used to make such furniture were usually very expensive, many elements were borrowed from different styles of previous eras (XVII, XVIII centuries). Victorian style interiors are characterized by rich decoration, luxurious heavy fabrics.
