The sculpture "Angel" is made of bronze. The image is crafted in the spirit of classical sculpture: the artist combines an idealized interpretation of the human figure with attention to the naturalness of the pose, anatomy, and texture of the material. The figure is presented in a light, almost shy movement. The girl stands, her weight slightly shifting to one leg, her arms hanging freely and crossed in front of her. Her voluminous hair, gathered in a loose hairstyle, softly frames her face and falls over her shoulders, enhancing the sense of lively, natural movement. Nikolai Antsiferov received his professional education in the sculpture department of the Ilya Repin Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture, and Architecture—now the Ilya Repin St. Petersburg Academy of Arts. His mentor was the distinguished Soviet sculptor Mikhail Anikushin, People's Artist of the USSR and Hero of Socialist Labor. In 1971, Antsiferov completed his studies, receiving the qualification of artist-sculptor.

An important stage in Antsiferov's creative career was his work on recreating lost elements of historical works. Nikolai Antsiferov's works are represented in museum collections, including the State Museum of Urban Sculpture in St. Petersburg.
